Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, we recommend booking hair appointments with the time frames in mind.
No shipping on weekends and Holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer service is a top priority at LuvJones the Collection, and we strive to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their investment. Hence, in circumstances where you may have received the wrong item, we will gladly accept the incorrect order in return for the correct order.
Email us at luvjonesthecollection@outlook.com notifying us of the incorrect order. Please include receipt and picture of the incorrect items and you will receive a return label the same day via email.
An email notification of error must be given within 3 days of receipt, and the order must be shipped back within 5 days of receipt.
Hair or products must not be altered in any way and in the same condition received. No other exchanges will be excepted. IF, item/s are not postmarked by the 5th day the item/s will not be accepted for exchange.
LuvJones The Collection reserves the right to decline any returns if the item/s are not in the original state of receipt.
